On Sunday, attendees will depart from the Santa Barbara Goleta Courtyard Marriott for a tour of the Goleta Sanitary District, and the Goleta Water Treatment Plant. Following the tour, Region 5 will host an evening networking reception at the Glenn Annie Golf Course that includes an aerial video tour of the Charles Meyer Desalination Plant, as well as a keynote speaker. Monday’s portion of the event will include a program that will focus on local agency projects and examine region wide issues.
